Such great advice. This is spot on and very helpful. My younger years were tattered by these relationships and thank god I have implemented these strategies already, but it took into my 40s. Eek! Thank you for this. It reinforces the boundary decisions I’ve made over the years despite some pretty effective gaslighting.
