Interesting about the potassium levels dropping because the juices you were drinking are high in potassium. You’d think your potassium levels would have increased. I think what happens is the sodium to potassium levels change so rapidly that your body tries to adjust to the electrolyte changes and the osmosis of fluids go awry. That’d be my guess anyway.
