I also think you should quit and I understand if many other teachers quit too. This pandemic is too deadly for doing jobs out of passion, or even a false sense of duty. MAGA adults are toxic people and MAGA kids are toxic people without any impulse control developed yet. Mothers will take the hit more than anyone else when the teachers quit, unfortunately. But you have to protect yourself and your child and everything else will have to be figured out by someone else.
